DE Dashin Guy’s sire, Frenchmans Guy, was the top leading barrel horse sire from 2001 – 2009, the leading all around performance sire from 2001 – 2020, and the 2019 Future Fortunes Stallion of the Year. He was a barrel futurity and derby money earner, a finals qualifier for the PRCA Badlands Circuit and South Dakota Rodeo Association, and a Northwest Rodeo Cowboys Association Reserve Champion. His progeny earnings have exceeded $14 million. He is the sire of Frenchmans Twister and Frenchmans Jester who are NFR qualifiers. He is also the top 10 All-Time Leading Barrel Sire, siring earner of $1,745,458 in the barrels. This includes SX Frenchmans Vanila ($164,104, Old Fort Days Barrel Futurity Champion, Speedhorse Barrel Futurity Champion), Frenchmans Lil Lady ($62,359, finalist of the BBR Finals), Frenchmans Jester ($54,452, BFA World Barrel Futurity Champion), Sky High Guy ($53,976, FizzBomb Barrel Futurity Reserve Champion), and GoFor It Frenchgirl ($46,376). Frenchmans Guy was the only sire in 2019 to have four sons in the nation's Top 25 Sires list: BHR Frenchie Socks, Frenchmans Fabulous, A Smooth Guy, and Aint Seen Nothin Yet.

DE Dashin Guy’s dam, Dashin Reba, was an own daughter of Better Judgement (AQHA Race SI-107/AAAT/ROM, 25-6-5-5, $27,880). His all-time progeny earnings is $463,694 and his offspring have earned 87 ROMs. The sire of Better Judgement, the great Dash for Cash, produced numerous barrel horses, racehorses, and cow horses. From 1,069 starters in 19 crops to race, Dash For Cash sired 751 winners, with 135 stakes winners, 880 earners of Registers of Merit, 112 earners of Superiors and 16 world champions, earning $37,386,838. In the cutting world, he sired 15 point-earners, one AQHA Champion and one reserve world champion.  His offspring have earned $128,858 in National Cutting Horse Association events. 

Dashin Reba also goes back to Rocket Bar, Leo, Chicks Beduino, and Murrtheblur. Chicks Beduino (AQHA Race SI-104/AAAT/ROM/Superior/SW, 14-7(2)-2(1)-1(1), $412,099) was retired in his 3-year-old year, with a race record of 14 lifetime starts.  Of the 14 starts, the gray stallion had seven wins, two seconds and one third. He sired a total of 2,014 foals, 134 stakes winners, seven champions and 79 Superior earners.
