“Trigger” is well-built and very athletic. He’s had 90 days of rope training (heading) with Ty Spickelmier and is ready to start being hauled as an open rope horse or rodeo horse. He gets to cattle quick and has a nice move on the corner. Trigger is eager to learn with a great mind that can take you in any direction. You can run to the middle of a steer or throw some rope at one. He is quick, strong, and fast with a big stop to boot. He would also make a great breakaway horse.
Trigger has also been used as a ranch horse and a hunting horse in the Colorado Mountains where he has packed out elk and covered a lot of miles. He knows how to handle rough terrain and knows where to place his feet. We raised him and he is out of our great stallion, Wily Frosty Wood.
